CYNAMMON BURNS ALLEN

Managing Attorney

Cynammon Burns Allen is the founder and managing attorney at Burns Allen. She specializes in the areas of Education law, Business law, and Entertainment law. Cynammon is licensed to practice in Georgia and Texas.

Prior to starting Burns Allen, Cynammon practiced at two boutique law firms in Atlanta, Georgia and founded a non-profit in Dallas, Texas. Cynammon graduated Magna Cum Laude from law school. After completing her first year of law school, Cynammon received CALI Awards – an award presented to the highest-grade holder in the class – in her legal writing and property courses and was selected to serve as a teaching assistant for legal writing. Additionally, Cynammon participated in Law Review and had significant internships at New Friends New Life, Cranfill Sumner & Hartzog, Charlotte Hornets Sports and Entertainment, Ingersoll Rand, and Sodoma Law.

Prior to attending law school, Cynammon attended American University in Washington, D.C. where she majored in Broadcast Journalism and was a four-year Division 1 volleyball player. After graduating from American University, Cynammon became the assistant volleyball coach at Loyola University Maryland. Cynammon’s passion, dedication, persistence, and prior experience will allow her to zealously represent her clients and provide solutions to her client’s problems.
